Supporting Our Naval Special Warfare Heroes

The Navy SEAL Foundation (NSF) is honored to provide critical support for the warriors, veterans, and families of Naval Special Warfare (NSW). This includes SEALs, SWCCs, support personnel, and Gold Star and Surviving Family (GSSF) members of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice on behalf of our freedom. We help keep this elite community healthy, connected, and in the fight through a comprehensive set of 30+ programs under our five Pillars of Support: Strength, Resilience, Health, Education, and Community.

NSF’s programs are designed to build strength and resilience, encourage optimal health, enhance opportunities for growth through education, and solidify a sense of community and belonging. We focus on the needs of those we serve and constantly evaluate what we do for effectiveness, efficiency, and impact. Since our founding in 2000, we have provided over $200 million in programmatic support for our mission. NSW warriors and families give so much in order to keep our nation safe and secure. NSF is here to give back.

Like the community we serve, NSF is a high-performing organization committed to excellence. Charity Navigator has awarded us a 4-star rating since 2009 and a perfect score of “100” since 2014 for financial health, accountability, and transparency. We rank higher than 99.9% of over 200,000 charities nationwide, with ninety-four cents of every dollar donated directly funding our programs or being retained for future mission use.
